Kola are a folk band from Cornwall who evolved over the winter of 2010/11. A short tour, some festival dates and a string of support gigs later the band were beginning to listen to the demand for recorded material. The band released their EP in November. Obvious influence can be heard in Kola's music from such greats as The Water boys, Fleetwood Mac, Credence Clearwater revival and The Kinks but Ryan states his biggest influence as coming from The Band.
